These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InsightSerenity's website and services, operated by Emmanuel Oyemosu ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking a consultation, engaging our services, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
InsightSerenity provides professional consulting and coaching services including, but not limited to: Data Science & Analytics, Full-Stack Software Development, AI & Machine Learning, System Architecture, eCommerce Solutions, Technical Consulting, Life Literacy Coaching, and Bible-Based Coaching.
Payment terms are established in the individual service agreement for each engagement. Standard terms are as follows:
Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. Work may be paused on engagements with overdue invoices.
If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue through revisions or a partial credit at our discretion.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following terms apply to intellectual property created during engagements:
We may request the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio. Clients can opt out of this by notifying us in writing before project completion.
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, project details, or personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Clients are equally expected to keep any proprietary tools, methodologies, or pricing information shared by InsightSerenity confidential.
A mutual NDA can be provided upon request for sensitive engagements.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
