My academic foundation is a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, which gave me the systems-thinking perspective that matters most when building AI: how does this fit into the broader organization, the data infrastructure, and the real people who depend on it? That lens — technical rigor + business alignment — is what separates AI systems that get used from AI systems that get shelved.
